CPHR Transfer/Mutual Recognition in Another Province - Nova Scotia

To request to have your CPHR designation recognized in another province, please fill out a transfer/mutual recognition form, located here.

Once you have filled out and submitted your form, please proceed to the check out to pay the processing fee.  The processing fee is $25 plus HST.
