Program Overview
Our mentorship program provides the framework for members to be matched with other members for the purpose of enhancing professional development and building professional relationships in a meaningful and supportive way. These relationships enable program
participants to exchange knowledge, share experiences, develop skills and competencies. Whether you are new to the field of HR or a senior practitioner, the program can support your development and growth as an HR professional.
This mentorship program period will start in October and run until the end of March 2027.
If you are a student with limited HR experience, you might be placed in a group format in order to optimize your learning and for broader support.
