About the Facilitators 
Cindy Ryan is the Employer Development Manager for Dalhousie University’s Management Career Services, Faculty of Management. She received a BBA in Management and has over 20 years of professional experience working for not-for-profit, provincial & federal Government, and post-secondary institutions. Cindy holds certifications as a Career Development Practitioner and Competency Assessor. She also has certifications in Adult Education, Portfolio Development, and Workplace Diversity. Cindy’s interests include travelling, being a community connector, long-term volunteer, and life-longer learner. 
Theresa Myra is the Employer Development Manager, for Work Integrated Learning & Co-operative Education at Dalhousie University. She has over 20 years of professional experience working for not-for-profit, provincial & federal governments and post-secondary. She received her Master of Education from Mount Saint Vincent University in 2021. She is currently the Atlantic post-secondary rep on the national CEWIL Board (Co-operative Education and Work Integrated Learning).
