You’ve Got Talent: Now learn how to mobilize that talent into knowledge networks effectively.

When an HR specialist recognizes talent in an employee, they often look to awarding the role of mentor/trainer to that employee. At this vital point the HR specialist needs to ask, ‘Does this talented employee know how to effectively transfer their knowledge and skills to others?’.

This lunch and learn will bring forward how implementing the practice of the internationally recognized Instructional Skills Network methodology of teaching results in your talent pool gaining the ability to mobilize their talent effectively through knowledge sharing.

About the Facilitator

Dr. Nancy Thompson CEO, 5D Learning Dr. Nancy Thompson’s work and research have been focused on learning and development in corporate organizations. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Western University, and a Master’s in Global Leadership, from the University of Fredericton.  Over the past 15 years, she has played a lead role in learning and development in many industries, such as construction, manufacturing, and community focused organizations. Currently, she is the CEO of 5D Learning, and sits on the internationally committee of the Instructional Skills Network.
