About the Facilitator
Dr. Hendriatta Wong is the Chief Operating Officer at Insight Psychological Inc., a multi-award-winning psychological care provider that offers multi-specialty therapy, assessments, and workplace psychological injury care. Hendriatta brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the human services, healthcare, industrial, and academic sectors. Prior to her current role at Insight Psychological, Hendriatta held the posts of Chief Operating Officer, Executive Director, Senior Director and Lead Officer of Human Resources as well as Academic Program Director and Assistant Dean. Hendriatta is equally passionate about service to her community and has served on boards of major organizations addressing issues of poverty and homelessness, cultural diversity, autism support. She was also appointed by Edmonton City Council to the Women's Advocacy Voice of Edmonton Committee where she championed women's rights and shaped gender-based policies. Hendriatta’s current advocacy focus has been on more diversified funding for mental health care so that all Canadians, regardless of their socioeconomic status, can readily access effective care. Hendriatta’s significant business and community impact has earned her prestigious recognitions as one of Canada's Top 100 Most Powerful Women (WXN, 2020) and University of Lethbridge's 2024 Distinguished Alumni.
