About the Facilitator

Phil Jewell, Leadership Expert

Phil’s leadership experience comes from some of the most intense and challenging environments that exist. He is a graduate of the British Army’s Royal Military Academy, arguably the world’s best leadership school, and has served with the British, Canadian, and US Army. By his mid-twenties he was leading soldiers in overseas combat, going on to serve as a senior leader and working alongside nations and cultures from around the world. His journey led him to becoming a public service executive, as well as an academic leadership instructor, before founding two businesses: one being a thought leadership company where he focusses his energy and passion. He brings a fresh perspective to leadership; a perspective that is needed to face any challenge head on!
