Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of registration or by the registration deadline of March 27, 2026 (whichever is earlier). Payments may be made conveniently online by Visa/Mastercard at the time of registration or by cheque received by the registration deadline. Cheques must be received within 30 days of registration or by September 19 (whichever is earlier) by CPHR Nova Scotia at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2. Registrations August 29 or later must be paid by Visa/MC at time of registration.

If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined. This is a security feature for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $20+HST processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing by March 27th, 2026. Those who make reservations and do not attend will still be required to pay for the full session fee. Cancellations received by CPHR Nova Scotia in writing by March 27th, 2026 will only be charged the processing fee. Substitutions are permitted if received byMarch 27th, 2026 (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by March 27th, 2026 including the full name, email and phone number of the substitution). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions. This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
