Registration

To register for CPHR NS HR Executive Leadership Retreat at Liscombe Lodge Resort from June 15 - 17, 2026  please complete the form below in full.

IMPORTANT: Registering someone other than yourself?

Firstly, if you are a member, you must log out of your personal account.  

If the other person is a member: they must log in themselves using their own member ID and password and register that way.  
If the other person is not a member: register them from the public area of the website.


Please note: All registrations must be done online and cannot be purchased at the door. Registrations are not possible after online registration has closed. 

** When applicable, please advise special dietary restrictions/allergies in the RSVP Comments area upon registration.

Payment Terms

Payment is due by the registration deadline.  Payments can be made conveniently online at time of registration by Visa/Mastercard or by cheque received by the registration deadline.  Cheques must be addressed to CPHR Nova Scotia, 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2. 

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $20+HST processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing no later than one (1) month prior to the event date and a partial refund of 50%, less a $20+HST processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing no later than two (2) weeks prior to the event date.  Those who register and do not attend will be required to pay the full session fee. Substitutions are permitted up to two business days before the event date and must be submitted to our office in writing, including name of new attendee.  If a member substitutes with a non-member, any price difference will be due before the substitution is approved. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
