New Requirements as Prerequisites to Take the NKE Exam Starting in 2021

Individuals will be required to enroll in the nine foundational HR courses offered by CPHR Nova Scotia in partnership with Captus Press Inc. or may be eligible to transfer credits for courses that are equivalent to and recognized by a member association.

This requirement will be implemented in January 2021.

Also, as a reminder, there are three exam dates that will take place prior to this change:

• Fall 2019
• Spring 2020
• Fall 2020
