CPHR CPD: 2.0
Just like a race you don't want to stumble right out of the blocks. Discover best practices through the entire onboarding process from "Yes to Desk".
A bespoke Employee Onboarding program embodying your company's culture will prepare new hires for the race. Benefits of a structured Onboard program: boost business growth, build camaraderie, decrease turnover, increase communication, there are just a few of the benefits of getting it right the first time.
According to statistics, 69% of employees are more likely to stay with a company for three years after a great onboarding. Up to 20% of turnover happens in the first 45 days. Despite this, 22% of companies have no formal onboarding program.
