CPHR CPD: 1.0 Session Topics One of the many positives that’s come from the Black Lives Matter movement is it’s magnified the inequalities of marginalized populations in the workplace, including but not limited to those discriminated by gender, race and/or sexual orientation. In this session led by Dr. Ryan Todd, psychiatrist and CEO of headversity, he will cover the importance of acknowledging and decentering privilege in your organization as the foundation for building a culture of inclusion and empowerment. The session will also cover steps in how to get started and how to enforce and educate during the important transition. About the Facilitator Dr. Ryan Todd
