About the Presenters Sean Raible Sean Raible is a Total Rewards/HR expert with nearly 24 years' of experience spanning multiple sectors, geographies (30+ countries), start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. During his career, Sean has held various Total Rewards & HR Operations leadership roles at organizations such as Best Buy Canada Ltd., Vancity, Ledcor, CHC Helicopters, Avigilon and STEMCELL Technologies; has also led and been part of several HCM/Payroll deployments, including Workday, SAP HCM, Success Factors, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP and PeopleSoft. In 2019 he started Game Plan Total Rewards Consulting Inc. where his clients range from small start-ups to large multi-national organizations that are looking to implement total rewards, HR operations, and/or mental health solutions that reflect the proper balance in considering market conditions, employee preferences and overall the costs/risks associated. Sean graduated with Honors with a Human Resources Diploma from BCIT and is an active member of World at Work Total Rewards Association. He has completed Tony Robbins’ Mastery University Program and holds his Mental Health First Aid Certificate. He was the recipient of the inaugural BC HRMA’s Rising Star Award in 2005. Diane Scheidler Meet Diane Scheidler, Head of People and Culture. Diane focuses on retention, the employee experience, and on creating and maintaining culturally rich and engaging work environments. Having worked in both early start-up and established high growth, Fintech, Software and SaaS organizations supporting North American, LATAM, and European business units, Diane is a business-focused executive with significant functional experience in all areas of HR. She currently holds a Master of HR and Organizational Development degree from the London School of Economics and is a Certified Compensation Professional.
