CPHR CPD: 1.0 Session Description Diversity and inclusivity are two pillars of business success in today's globalized world. While diversity fosters progress, inclusivity drives creativity and innovation. This aspect is often overlooked by business organizations that hire diverse employees without creating an inclusive and welcoming workplace culture where people are valued for their unique ideas and cultural perspectives. In this session, the participants will learn how to create a more inclusive environment by understanding and appreciating cultural differences, avoiding miscommunication, and effectively managing intercultural conflicts. This is an interactive session, so the participants will be engaged in small group discussions and activities.
