Description

We are all here to solve problems together. Collaboration helps teams build stronger work relationships, co-create a positive future together, and harness innovation. And yet -HR folks know better than most- working together is difficult! Unless you have a collaborative process to help navigate the difficult terrain.

Stacey Olson-Steele from Collaborative Lead Training, outlines six steps that lead to a successful collaboration. Learn to facilitate transformational and sustainable change with employees, not for them. If you work with teams that have challenging business problems to solve, this webinar is for you. Let’s make working together better.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the 6 steps that lead to successful collaborations
  • Relate these steps to your organization’s current challenges
  • Articulate how a collaborative process would help your organization solve problems

This webinar outlines the Collaborative Process as developed by Collaborative Lead Training. It combines Appreciative Inquiry, positive psychology, and additional organizational development models to create a practical and useful tool you can use to have more success with teams in your office tomorrow.
