Innovation - What's HR got to do with it?

The universal mantra of leaders today is "Innovate or Die". Canadian economic growth is dependent on innovation to fuel future growth. How does HR fit in?

Michele Dorsey, a lawyer who specializes in workplace dynamics and unlocking HR issues, will reveal her "Ah ha! moment" that connects HR practices to the core of an organizations innovative capacity.

About the Speaker:
Michele Dorsey, CEO, Lawyer, Senior Consultant, Michele Dorsey Law Inc.

After graduating from UNB Law School, Michele got her start practicing family law. She eventually moved into the Human Resources and Labour Relations field, and has spent the past 16 years as a well-respected, prominent figure in the world of HR/LR.

Michele understands the fundamental principals that encompass human relationships. She uses this natural understanding to develop an empathetic approach in finding solutions for conflict.

Michele believes in a strong connection between mind, body and spirit. In her spare time she enjoys doing yoga and spending time in her garden.
