Workplace conflict is a time consuming and expensive problem. HR Managers must be able to manage conflict in the workplace. This might be the most important tool in the HR Managers tool box. Some authors on the topic of workplace conflict have said that it is very ironic that companies hesitate to invest time and money in improving employees conflict management abilities when the cost of conflict in financial and other terms can be enormous.

This workshop will explore the process of resolving workplace conflict.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understanding workplace conflict.
  2. Managing bullying/harassment.
  3. A clear path to resolving workplace conflict.
  4. How to rebuild broken bridges.
  5. What to do when the workplace conflict cannot be resolved?
