The business of Human Resources is transforming as our workplaces are transforming. In the midst of significant change, how does Human Resources add value? How might we go beyond the traditional models and functions of the Human Resource Shop to enable our public and private sectors employers success? How do we help others understand our business?

The session will focus on Human Resource leadership in strategy development and building organizational capacity as key to organizational performance excellence. It will challenge our thinking about our business and offer practical tools to help us think strategically and build capacity.

Learning Objectives:

  • How to help our clients think differently about strategy and performance outcomes.
  • How to align with the organizations business strategy.
  • How to challenge executive teams to be the leaders they need to be.
  • How to build capacity within Human Resources.
