Workplace conflict is a very time consuming and expensive problem.  Taking time away from the core business to resolve internal conflicts can be expense.  HR leaders must be able to manage conflict in the workplace.  This tool might be the most important tool in your HR tool box.

Some authors on the topic of workplace conflict have said that it is very ironic that companies hesitate to invest time and money in improving employee's conflict management abilities when the cost of conflict in financial and other terms can be enormous.

This session will explore the process aimed at resolving workplace conflict.

Learning Objectives:

  • Understand Workplace Conflict
  • Managing bullying/harassment
  • A clear path to resolving workplace conflict
  • How to rebuild broken bridges
  • What to do when workplace conflict cannot be resolved
