CHRP Recertification Points: 3.0 Stress related illness is costing organizations more and more money every year. Much of this cost can be prevented when employers take an active role in their employees' health. But organizations don't have to be in crisis to benefit from taking a proactive interest in employee health. They are learning that the cost of doing nothing is mounting and if nothing changes, it can be back-breaking.
Dr. Howatt brings a unique blend of mental health and organizational psychology on how leaders can improve employees' quality of work life. In this session, he will introduce options for facilitating and promoting employee health and show a direct correlation between it, customer satisfaction, and an organization's success.
