In order to maintain their competitive edge, organizations need to have vision and direction. These cornerstones must align with the organization's culture and core values. Culture is the unifying force that ensures effectiveness and holds organizations together.
Managing organizational culture is a vital role and an important challenge for any HR professional, senior leader, and the senior management team. This session will explore the foundations of your current and ideal organization culture and the role leaders can play in strengthening a more effective culture in times of complexity and change.

He is a trusted advisor with over 20 years of experience in teaching and consulting a wide variety of clients from across Atlantic Canada. Working collaboratively, Frank gains a keen insight into the important contributions each team member can make to enhancing organizational dynamics. As an adult educator, Frank has a great deal of confidence in the process to assist individuals in becoming more self-actualized through a powerful growth and development strategy. The registration deadline is Wednesday, September 30, 2015, at 12:00 noon. Please note that registrations are not possible after online registration has closed. Registration cannot be purchased at the door.
Payment Terms
Payment is due by the registration deadline which is Wednesday, September 30, 2015. Payments may be made conveniently online at time of registration by Visa/Mastercard or by cheque received by the registration deadline. Cheques must be received by the registration deadline (Sept 30) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2. Registrations September 20th or later must be paid online at time of registration.
If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined. This is a security feature for your protection.
Cancellation Policy
Registrations for this event are non-refundable. Substitutions are permitted up to the business day before the event (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on October 6). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions.
