Every person attending this webinar must be registered (and paid for) individually.

The registration deadline is 12:00 noon on Wednesday, October 26, 2016. Please note that registrations are not possible after online registration has closed.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of registration or by the registration deadline of October 26, 2016 (whichever is earlier). Payments may be made conveniently online by Visa/Mastercard at the time of registration or by cheque received by the registration deadline. Cheques must be received within 30 days of registration or by October 26th (whichever is earlier) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2. Registrations October 20th or later must be paid by Visa/MC at time of registration.

If paying online by Visa or Mastercard, you must have the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined. This is a security feature for your protection.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund, less a $30+HST processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 12:00noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will still be required to pay for the full session fee. Cancellations received by HRANS in writing prior to noon on Thursday, October 20, 2016 will only be charged the processing fee. Substitutions are permitted if received by November 2nd at 12 noon (for substitutions, the registrant must advise our office of their replacement in writing by 12 noon on November 2nd including the full name, email and phone number of the substitution). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions. This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
