Please note that you must register online by the dates noted above in order to qualify for the special rates.  Amounts cannot be adjusted after the dates have passed.  When you register, you will receive an automated email.  Members can also view their event registrations when logged into their member profile.

15% HST will be reflected in the ticket pricing shown when you register.

IMPORTANT: Registering someone other than yourself?  If you are a member and are registering someone else to attend the event, DO NOT log into the site to register.   If the other person is a member, they must log in under their own member ID and password and register that way.  If the other person is not a member, do not log in, just register them from the public area of the website.  Registrations must be done individually.

The registration deadline is Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 12:00 noon. Please note that registrations cannot be accepted after online registration has closed. Registration cannot be purchased at the door.

Payment Terms

Payment is due within 30 days of your registration or by Thursday, May 18, 2017 (whichever is sooner).  Payments may be made conveniently online by credit card (Visa/MC) at the time of registration or by cheque received by the HRANS office by the registration deadline. Cheques must be received within 30 days of your registration or by May 18 (whichever is earlier) by HRANS at 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2.  Registrations May 1st and later must be paid by credit card online at time of registration.

If paying by credit card (Visa/MC), you will be required to enter the billing address exactly as it appears on the credit card statement or the transaction will be declined.  This is a safety feature for your protection.  Please ensure that you have the address that appears on the credit card statement before attempting to pay online.

Cancellation Policy

A refund, less a $40 processing fee (plus HST), will be issued for cancellations received in writing prior to Monday, May 1, 2017 at 12:00 noon. Those who make reservations and do not attend will be required to pay the full seminar fee. Cancellations received in writing prior to noon on Monday, May 1, 2017 will only be charged the processing fee. Substitutions are permitted up to May 29th at 12 noon and include a $40 plus HST processing fee (registrant must email our office to advise of their replacement attendee including first and last name and email and phone number of replacement attendee). Member/non-member rates will be applied to the substitutions, in addition to the processing fee. This cancellation policy applies regardless of date of registration. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
