Payment Terms

Payment is due by the registration deadline.  Payments can be made conveniently online at time of registration by Visa/Mastercard or by cheque received by the registration deadline.  Cheques must be addressed to CPHR Nova Scotia, 84 Chain Lake Drive, Suite 103, Halifax, NS B3S 1A2. 

Cancellation Policy

A refund, less a $20+HST processing fee, will be issued for cancellations received in writing at least one weeks prior to the event date.  Those who register and do not attend will be required to pay the full session fee. Substitutions are permitted up to two business days before the event date and must be submitted to our office in writing, including name of new attendee.  If a member substitutes with a non-member, any price difference will be due before the substitution is approved. Registrations after the cancellation deadline are non-refundable.
